I ran my first marathon in 2015 in Edinburgh with my partner and father in-law, just to tick it off the bucket list.
That day changed my life forever, a fire was lit and since then I've run at least 3 marathons per year all around Europe.
I ran the 2019 Dublin marathon in 2:49:03. (you can see what it meant in the photo!)
I've coached runners at all levels from complete beginners (couch to 5k) right up to elite athletes at full distance.
I will use my knowledge, experience and program design to build you up gradually from your current level to smash your biggest goals. I'll help you become a better athlete and over all better person all through run fitness.
